Faccenda Foods Acquires Cherry Valley Foods

March 10th, 2015

We are pleased to confirm that Faccenda Foods have acquired the successful duck producer, Cherry Valley Foods.

Like Faccenda, Cherry Valley is a vertically integrated food business controlling the whole supply chain including agriculture and operations. With a turnover of £45m and 320 employees it has been supplying the UK market for six decades and is a major supplier to the food service sector.

The acquisition means that the duck operation can grow as part of a larger business with economies of scale and greater market presence. We welcome our new colleagues to the Faccenda family of companies.

Faccenda are now the only UK supplier of chicken, turkey and duck, creating further opportunities for growth in all three areas across a broader customer base as a one stop shop for poultry in retail and food service.
